Mr. Waters has been in the law enforcement and security field for over 30 years. He has extensive law enforcement training and experience, having served as a patrol officer for 13 years, an investigator for 7 years, and then to the position of deputy chief in charge of sensitive police investigations and training. Mr. Waters finished his career with the force as Chief of Police. As graduate of the 205th FBI National Academy, Mr. Waters has extensive law enforcement contacts throughout the United States and around the world.
